Biography
Michael Latner is a professor of political science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. His research interests include voting rights, representation and electoral system design. He is a Senior Fellow at the Union of Concerned Scientists' Center for Science and Democracy, and serves as a faculty scholar at the Cal Poly Institute for Advanced Technology and Public Policy.
